damn.

Mixing needs a ton of work. So much clipping and ducking because your levels are so imbalanced. The song itself is kind of generic. Standard four to the floor, octaving bass, and nexus preset leads. Keep at it.

I think Newgrounds has officially become over-saturated with generic basshunter style hands up songs. I don't even think people who keep spewing out these cloned basshunter songs even know the type of music they're making. They're all poorly EQ'd with lame transitions, the same exact chord progression, the same nexus presets.. what else can I say.. this song is not an exception.

Evil dog bro I remember listening to this in 6th grade. Now I'm about to graduate high school and this song brings back so many memories. Just wanted to drop by and say that man. This song is really deep man.. ugh those were great times.

Not to mention, this is the only song on the top 5 that isn't amateur sounding :D

I like this a lot. Love the piano, and really love the guitar. EQing on the ride cymbal could use a lil work. Piano is beautifully mastered in my opinion. Like the person below me, I think vocals of some sort would help.. or maybe like some choir chords that come in with the guitar. By the way, that fill at 1:40 is awesome. Could you tell me what you used for the drums and guitar?

The program I used for all that stuff is Reason. Still getting used to the effects, so some of the EQ is meh.

Still working on those lyrics and melodies. The thing is, I don't usually write songs with lyrics, and when I do, it's usually just guitar/vocals. It's just a bit strange working on it like the way I am. I'll come up with something.

Oh yeah, by the way the reason your FL was crashing when we trying to collab was because you have an old version of Nexus. I have 1.3.9. My friend had the same problem when we were collabing so he updated nexus and everything was fine after that.
